My Grandma gave me these old stamps last year. They have been sitting in my room ever since and I've wanted to do something with them. I soaked the stamps for a minute to get the paper off. 
Then I found an old picture frame at a friend's yard sale which she gave to me for free!
After cleaning the frame, I cut an envelope to size and tacked the stamps on with glue stick.
Pretty simple. Now I just need to paint my room...
